URGENT: Life-Saving Appeal (Romania)
We have a critical situation. This young dog is currently held at the Grivei Shelter (Oradea) in the isolation ward—a place from which, as many of us know, very few make it out alive.
We have only 2–3 days left to save him.
The Story
This poor soul was rescued by police in Ștei after being found tied to a tree and left to die by a heartless individual. Despite his traumatic past, he is a gentle, medium-sized pup (likely a male) who deserves a second chance at life.
